Famous Mushroom Soup

This Soup was inspired by my grandmother who virtually invented her version after having a similar soup as a child and then later being influenced by the great restaurant in the Plaza Athene Hotel in Paris. The restaurant was on the Ave Montaigne, number 25, and Marlene lived at number 12. One of her tricks was to use simple Button Mushrooms rather than those with a stronger flavor. This is an adaption of that recipe with adjustments for American ingredients. 

Comes with Dill as a garnish.
